All orders are shipped from France via airmail. Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch the package within 3–6 business days. Please note that orders placed around weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or French public holidays may be subject to processing and shipping delays.
For your reference, Cosme de Paris does not include paper invoices in our packages in consideration of the environment.Please check your order details in your account dashboard or in your order confirmation email.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time from the shipping date is usually 7 to 10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the season, especially during peak periods such as Christmas. Please monitor your mailbox and delivery updates. If you do not receive your package within 7–10 days after receiving the shipping notification, check for missed delivery notices or contact your local post office.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange and provide instructions. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items selected. You can save on shipping costs when purchasing multiple items together. The shipping cost will be displayed on the order confirmation screen before payment.
Taxes and Import Duties (Canada only)
For Canadian customers, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) may apply depending on your province and order value. Most personal imports over CA$20 may be subject to tax and/or duty. Please check the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your local courier for details.
Missed Delivery and Return or Disposal
If you fail to receive your package and it is returned to the sender or disposed of by the postal service due to the expiration of the holding period (typically 15 calendar days in Canada), no refunds will be issued unless required by local consumer protection laws. Please collect your package promptly.
Returns and Cancellation Fees
If an order is canceled after shipment or returned due to long-term absence or failure to receive the package, we regret that you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred (round-trip shipping fees, refund fees, etc.), as well as a cancellation fee of US $10, in accordance with legal procedures. We kindly ask for your understanding.
