Delivery Policy (United Kingdom)
All orders are shipped from France via La Poste airmail. Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch your package within 3–6 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during French public holidays may experience slight delays in processing and shipping.
For environmental considerations, Cosme de Paris does not include paper invoices in our packages. Please check your order details in your account dashboard or in your order confirmation email.
Excluded Regions: Please note that we currently only deliver to England. We do not ship to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands (Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc.) due to customs and logistical complexities.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time from the shipping date is 7 to 10 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as the Christmas period.
We kindly ask you to monitor your mailbox and local delivery updates. If your package has not arrived within 7–10 business days of receiving your shipping notification, please check for any missed delivery notices or contact your local post office.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange an exchange and provide further instructions via email. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order. Purchasing multiple items together can help reduce shipping costs. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the order confirmation screen before payment.

Import VAT and Customs Duties
As we are not UK VAT-registered, VAT is not collected at checkout. All shipments are sent from France, and import VAT is assessed by UK customs or the delivery carrier upon arrival.
The following charges may apply depending on your order value:

Orders of £135 or less: Import VAT of 20% may be collected upon delivery by Royal Mail or the carrier. No customs duty applies below this threshold.

Orders above £135: Import VAT (20%) and, where applicable, customs duties may be charged by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) or the delivery carrier. Most personal-use cosmetics are typically low-duty or duty-free, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Import charges are calculated on the CIF value (cost of goods + shipping + insurance). Royal Mail or courier services may also charge additional clearance or handling fees. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Cancellation
If a package is uncollected and returned to us or disposed of by the postal service due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or expiration of the holding period, a refund will not be issued.
If an order is canceled after shipment, or returned due to extended absence or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for the following costs:
- Actual round-trip shipping costs
- Refund processing fees
- A cancellation fee of US$ 10
