Delivery Policy (United Kingdom)
All orders are shipped from France via La Poste airmail. Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch the package within 3–6 business days. Please note that orders placed around weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or French public holidays may experience slight delays in processing and shipping.
For environmental considerations, Cosme de Paris does not include paper invoices in our packages. Please check your order details in your account dashboard or in your order confirmation email.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time from the shipping date is usually between 7 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the season, with possible delays during peak periods such as the Christmas season.
We kindly ask you to monitor your mailbox and local delivery updates. If you do not receive your package within 7–10 business days after receiving the shipping notification, we recommend checking for any missed delivery notices or contacting your local post office.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange an exchange and provide instructions via email. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items selected. You can save on shipping costs when purchasing multiple items together. The shipping cost will be shown on the order confirmation screen before payment.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on the total value of your order and UK customs regulations, additional import taxes or VAT may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Missed Delivery and Return or Disposal
If a customer fails to receive the package and it is returned to the sender or discarded by the postal service due to the expiration of the holding period, we regret that no refunds will be issued. Please ensure timely collection of your package to avoid any inconvenience.
Returns and Cancellation Fees
If an order is canceled after shipment or returned due to long-term absence or failure to receive the package, you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred (round-trip shipping fees, refund fees, etc.), as well as a cancellation fee of £10, in accordance with legal procedures. We kindly ask for your understanding.
