How to Use:
Apply an appropriate amount to dry hands and blend well with makeup. Wipe off with a cotton pad or rinse with water or lukewarm water.

The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
