This micellar water is composed of 98% natural ingredients, effectively cleansing makeup from the face and eyes while maintaining the skin's natural balance. The result is transparent, soft, and comfortable skin.
The fresh fragrance combines notes of mandarin blossom, lemon leaves, watermelon, and fresh mint.
How to Use:
In the morning and evening, soak a cotton pad with four pumps of micellar water.
Gently slide the cotton across your entire face, remembering to include your neck. Repeat as needed.
No rinsing required.
To remove eye makeup, leave the cotton pad on for a few seconds before gently sliding it away from the eyes.

The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
