Delivery Policy (Hong Kong)
Customs & duties at a glance: Hong Kong is a free port — no customs duty, VAT, or sales tax applies to personal imports, including cosmetics. Couriers may charge separate handling fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders are shipped from France via airmail. Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch your package within 3–6 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during French public holidays may experience slight delays in processing and shipping.
For environmental considerations, Cosme de Paris does not include paper invoices in our packages. Please check your order details in your account dashboard or in your order confirmation email.
All sales are final. As products are shipped directly from France, we do not accept returns or cancellations for standard (change-of-mind) reasons. Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be reported by email within 3 days of receipt.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time from the shipping date is 7 to 10 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as the Christmas period.
We kindly ask you to monitor your mailbox and local delivery updates. If your package has not arrived within 7–10 days of receiving your shipping notification, please check for any missed delivery notices or contact your local post office.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange an exchange and provide further instructions via email. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order. Purchasing multiple items together can help reduce shipping costs. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the order confirmation screen before payment.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Hong Kong is a free port. No customs duties, VAT, or general sales tax are imposed on personal imports, including cosmetics. You will not be charged any import duties upon delivery.
Please note that certain restricted goods such as alcohol and tobacco are subject to separate regulations and may be taxed. Couriers may also charge additional handling or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and Cancellation
If a package is uncollected and returned to us or disposed of by the postal service due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or expiration of the holding period, a refund will not be issued.
If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, extended absence, or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for the following costs:
- Actual round-trip shipping costs
- Refund processing fees
- A return handling fee of US$ 10
