【Returns & Exchanges】

・Accepted only for initial defects or wrong items. Please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery; we will provide instructions after verification.

・Opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

・If an order is canceled after shipment, or returned due to long-term absence or failure to receive, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping and refund fees plus US $10. Any difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

【Non-Receipt / Return to Sender / Disposal】

If a package is not collected within the holding period (e.g., typically 15 calendar days in Canada) and is returned or disposed of by the carrier/postal service, refunds are not available unless required by local consumer protection laws. Please track the parcel and collect it in time.

【Notes on Import into Japan (for personal use)】

・If the sum of product price and international shipping exceeds ¥16,667, Japanese consumption tax (10%) is charged.

・Cosmetics (e.g., shampoo, skincare, makeup): no customs duty, but import limit up to 24 units per item type. Excess may be returned or discarded; refunds are not available.

・Honey: duty rate 50% when exceeding the duty-free allowance.

・Sugar/sweeteners: duty may apply over 1 kg; additional documents may be required.

・Confectionery: approx. ~10% duty (waived if the tax amount is under ¥1,000).

・Tea: green tea duty-free; black tea 3–17% (waived if tax under ¥1,000). Herbal tea may be treated as food depending on ingredients.
