Delivery Policy (Singapore）

For environmental considerations, Cosme de Paris does not include paper invoices in our packages. Please check your order details in your account dashboard or in your order confirmation email.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time from the shipping date is usually 7–10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the season, with possible delays during peak periods such as Christmas.

Please monitor your mailbox and local delivery updates. If you do not receive your package within 7–10 days after receiving the shipping notification, please check for any missed delivery notices or contact your local post office.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and provide instructions. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items selected. You can save on shipping costs when purchasing multiple items together. The shipping cost will be displayed on the order confirmation screen before payment.

GST and Import Duties

Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply to imported goods, depending on the total value of your order and Singapore's import regulations. For personal imports, GST is generally applicable on goods exceeding SGD 400. Please check with Singapore Customs or your local courier service for the most accurate and updated information.

Missed Delivery, Return, or Disposal

If a package is returned to the sender or discarded by the postal service due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or expiration of the holding period, please note that refunds cannot be issued. To avoid inconvenience, please ensure timely collection of your package and accuracy of your shipping details.

Returns and Cancellation Fees

If an order is canceled after shipment or returned due to long-term absence or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred (round-trip shipping fees, refund fees, etc.), as well as a cancellation fee of US $10, as per our policy. The difference will be adjusted against your original payment, either as a partial refund or an additional charge. We kindly ask for your understanding.
