Pranarôm Lavandin Super BIO Essential Oil is renowned for its powerful antispasmodic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties. It promotes calming and relaxation, making it an excellent choice for various conditions.

  • Recommended for hypertension, palpitations, arrhythmias, spasms, muscle stiffness, depression, headaches, migraines, skin infections, allergies, wounds, burns, bedsores, nervousness, anxiety, insomnia, and sleep disturbances.
  • Also serves as an effective repellent against lice.

For oral use, mix 3 drops of HECT with honey, olive oil, or sugar and apply under the tongue 2-3 times a day. For topical application, apply 4 drops of HECT 2-3 times a day to the inside of the wrist or solar plexus.

Using an electric diffuser to disperse the oil in the air provides a state of well-being and relaxation daily, fostering communication among those prone to stress. Diffusing in the bedroom for 30 minutes before sleep promotes a calm, restorative sleep.
