Inspired by the enchanting world of perfumes, entrepreneur Eugène Fuchs established his own fragrance factory with a novel concept of selling perfumes directly to tourists in the French Riviera.

In 1926, the Parfumerie Fragonard, named after the Grasse-born painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard, opened its doors. Its natural scents, gentle cosmetics, and beautifully designed packaging quickly gained popularity, leading to an expansion of stores throughout Paris and across France.

A woody and spicy scent intertwined with cardamom, sandalwood, and musk.
