A blend of Chinese gunpowder green tea and spearmint leaves, rich in herbal aromas and exotic character — the great North African mint-tea tradition reimagined for summer.

Brewed and chilled, it turns wonderfully smooth and mellow with no bitterness: a light, invigorating mint iced tea to serve by the carafe, or to shake into cocktails. Dammann Frères has struck the perfect balance of personality and effortless drinkability.

How to Prepare

Infuse one sachet in 1 litre of water at 90°C for 3 minutes. Let cool, then pour into a carafe filled with ice. Alternatively, cold-brew one sachet in 1.5 litres of cold water in the refrigerator for about 2.5 hours for a mellow, bitterness-free result. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 48 hours.
