How to Use:

  • Recommended for ages 6 and over.
  • Take with a large glass of water.
  • Children aged 6-12: 1 capsule per day
  • Children aged 13-18: 2 capsules per day
  • Adults: 2 capsules with dinner, and 2 capsules before bedtime
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
