How to Use:
Recommended for ages 6 and over.
Take with a large glass of water.
Children aged 6-12: 1 capsule per day
Children aged 13-18: 2 capsules per day
Adults: 2 capsules with dinner, and 2 capsules before bedtime
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
