Overview: This dietary supplement, based on evening primrose oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, promotes and improves the comfort of women during the premenstrual phase.
How to Use: For ages 12 and above. During the second half of a woman's cycle, take 3 capsules with a large glass of water at mealtime for 10 days each month. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store below 25°C, avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity.
Ingredients: Evening primrose oil: 500mg per capsule, natural vitamin E (soybean), capsule: gelatin, glycerol, water.
