How to Use:
Apply an appropriate amount onto a clean cotton pad and gently massage it onto dry skin of the face, neck, and décolletage to remove makeup. Wipe gently with the cotton pad without scrubbing. Rinsing is not necessary, but if you feel any residue, you may follow with a cleanser.
