Inspired by a twilight walk through sun-warmed fields, Foin Fraîchement Coupé opens with crisp star anise, wild mint and angelica, revealing a luminous heart of freshly cut hay, red clover and clary sage. A soft musky dry-down of dry hay, white musk and ivy extends the serene, pastoral trail — evoking the quiet of the countryside at dusk.
