This cleansing milk, enriched with thermal spring water, gently hydrates the skin while effectively removing makeup.
It is a low-pH, sensitive skin-friendly formula designed for dry skin. Versatile in use, it can be applied with a cotton pad for easy cleansing or rinsed off. Suitable for removing eye makeup, it contains 60% Uriage thermal spring water, renowned for its skin-soothing properties.
With a high concentration of 10 types of minerals, Uriage thermal spring water is isotonic, matching the osmotic pressure of body fluids. This allows for effortless absorption into the skin, providing gentle hydration and protection to skin cells.
It helps guide sensitive skin towards a healthier state while delivering moisture during cleansing. This formulation is free from parabens, alcohol, and colorants, and is designed to minimize the occurrence of comedones, which can lead to breakouts. Allergy and patch tested for safety.
How to Use: Apply an appropriate amount (approximately the size of a 500 yen coin) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe across the entire face.

The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
