How to Use:
Apply an appropriate amount to a clean cotton pad and gently swipe over dry skin on the face, neck, and décolletage to remove makeup. No rinsing is required, but if you prefer, you may follow with a facial cleanser if there is any residue.
I have worn this perfume for at least 30 years. The team at come Paris is fantastic - really the communication is exceptional.
This new purchase of Fragonard was slightly different and although it’s fine I miss the lingering fragrance which has changed slightly.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
