Product Description

How to Use:
Spray evenly onto towel-dried hair daily or spray into your palms and then apply to dry hair. Do not rinse. Avoid eye contact; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
