Overview:
Mag 2 100 mg is a magnesium-based tablet essential for the body's function. Magnesium plays a crucial role in over 300 metabolic reactions. A deficiency may impact daily life.
Signs of deficiency may include tension, irritability, mild anxiety, temporary fatigue, and mild sleep disturbances. Symptoms such as digestive cramps and palpitations may arise, signaling the need for magnesium.
By taking magnesium, you can improve these symptoms. Mag 2 provides 100 mg of magnesium per tablet to help adjust any deficiency.
How to Use:
Recommended dosage is 3 to 4 tablets daily, taken with a glass of water. It is advised to space doses before or during meals. A treatment duration of about one month is recommended.
I have worn this perfume for at least 30 years. The team at come Paris is fantastic - really the communication is exceptional.
This new purchase of Fragonard was slightly different and although it’s fine I miss the lingering fragrance which has changed slightly.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
