Overview
The sweet orange, known scientifically as Citrus sinensis, originates from the Mediterranean and tropical regions. It is distinct from the bitter orange (Citrus aurantium) and is believed to have developed from ancient hybrids between Citrus maxima and Citrus reticulata. The tree is native to the area between the Himalayas and southern China, and was brought to Europe by the Portuguese around 1400, leading to its widespread cultivation in various countries.
How to Use
Take 1 drop twice daily for neutral support.
Recommended maximum daily dosage: 2 drops - 80 mg.
Can be used in a diffuser in the bedroom to promote relaxation and sleep, as well as for air purification.
