Product Description

An organic essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the needles of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris).

Pranarôm describes it as invigorating and purifying, helping the body through seasonal changes and restoring energy during periods of fatigue or colds. Diffused, it helps purify the air and brings a fresh, woody forest scent to the home, for a feeling of physical and mental vitality.

How to Use

Take 1 drop on a neutral carrier, up to 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose: 3 drops (100 mg), as recommended by Pranarôm.

For inhalation or massage, dilute in a vegetable oil and apply a few drops to the back or chest as needed. It can also be used in an ultrasonic diffuser: Pranarôm suggests a winter blend of 20 drops Scots pine, 20 drops Ho wood, 20 drops Ravintsara and 40 drops Lemon, using 6 to 8 drops of the blend in the diffuser water for 30 minutes continuously or 2 hours intermittently, 2 to 3 times a day.
