This dermatologist-developed anti-roughness formula contains three essential ceramides, urea, LHA, and salicylic acid, designed to hydrate and smooth dry, rough, scaly skin while helping to restore the skin's protective barrier.

The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
