Mode d'emploi :
Prenez 2 gouttes dans un support neutre trois fois par jour.
En cas de stress ou de choc mental, appliquez 3 gouttes de Camomille noble sur le plexus solaire.
Pour la méthode olfactive : Placez 2 gouttes sur le poignet intérieur, formez une coupelle avec vos mains autour de votre nez, et prenez de longues inspirations profondes 2 à 3 fois. Répétez si nécessaire.
