Product Description

An organic essential oil distilled from the flowering tops of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), chemotype 1,8-cineole.

Pranarôm describes it as invigorating and purifying, traditionally used to help clear the airways and support breathing and vitality during the cold season, periods of fatigue or convalescence. Its fresh, camphoraceous scent makes it a classic for diffusion and inhalation in winter.

How to Use

Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral carrier, up to a maximum of 3 drops per day (100 mg), as recommended by Pranarôm.

It can also be used in a diffuser, by inhalation, or diluted in a vegetable oil for massage on the back, chest or soles of the feet.
