수건으로 머리를 덮어 스팀을 가두고 얼굴을 그릇에서 약 20cm 위에 위치시킵니다.
스팀 목욕 후, 클레이 마스크를 얼굴 전체에 바르고 눈과 입술을 피한 후 5-10분 동안 두었다가 미온수로 헹굽니다.
