How to Use
After cleansing your face in the morning and evening, apply an appropriate amount to your hands and gently massage onto your face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid the eye area.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
