With a formaldehyde-free formulation, it seals the three layers of the nail, hardening the keratin plate for fast absorption and immediate effectiveness.

How to Use
Apply to the tips of the nails and leave for one minute for absorption. Use 2 to 3 times a week until desired hardness is achieved, then reduce to 2 to 3 applications per month.
I have worn this perfume for at least 30 years. The team at come Paris is fantastic - really the communication is exceptional.
This new purchase of Fragonard was slightly different and although it’s fine I miss the lingering fragrance which has changed slightly.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
