How to Use
Apply on dry skin using a cotton pad. Soak the pad thoroughly and gently wipe over the face, avoiding the eye area. No rinsing is necessary. Ideal for use as a cleansing water to address oily skin concerns or for quick touch-ups throughout the day.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.

This new purchase of Fragonard was slightly different and although it’s fine I miss the lingering fragrance which has changed slightly.
