How to Use:
Apply to dry skin. Soak a cotton pad with the cleansing water (approximately the size of a 500 yen coin), gently massage over the face to remove makeup, and wipe away without rinsing. It is also recommended as a toner for skin prone to oiliness.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
