How to Use
After cleansing in the morning, while your skin is still damp from the Facial Toner, gently apply around the eye area.
For added protection during steam baths, apply generously around the eyes to guard against steam.
The warmth of the steam will soften the Rich Eye Balm, allowing it to blend beautifully into the skin.

The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
