Delivery Policy (Canada)

Customs & duties at a glance: Under CETA, French cosmetics are generally duty-free (0%). Canadian sales tax (GST/HST/PST, 5–15% depending on province) applies to all imported goods; orders of CA$20 or less sent via Canada Post are generally exempt. When tax applies, Canada Post adds a handling fee of CA$9.95 per item. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders are shipped from France via airmail. Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch your package within 3–6 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during French public holidays may experience slight delays in processing and shipping.

All sales are final. As products are shipped directly from France, we do not accept returns or cancellations for standard (change-of-mind) reasons. Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be reported by email within 3 days of receipt.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time from the shipping date is 7 to 10 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as the Christmas period.

We kindly ask you to monitor your mailbox and local delivery updates. If your package has not arrived within 7–10 days of receiving your shipping notification, please check for any missed delivery notices or contact your local post office.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange an exchange and provide further instructions via email. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order. Purchasing multiple items together can help reduce shipping costs. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the order confirmation screen before payment.

GST and Import Duties

As France is a member of the European Union covered by the Canada–EU Free Trade Agreement (CETA), import duty on your order is generally 0%. For shipments valued under CAD $3,300, no formal Certificate of Origin is required — EU origin is confirmed by a simple statement on the shipping invoice. For higher-value shipments, additional documentation may be required to claim the preferential rate.

In addition to any customs duty, Canadian sales tax applies to all imported goods. The rate depends on your province or territory:

Province / Territory Tax type Rate
Ontario HST 13%
Quebec GST + QST 5% + 9.975%
British Columbia GST + PST 5% + 7%
Alberta GST only 5%
Manitoba GST + PST 5% + 7%
Saskatchewan GST + PST 5% + 6%
Nova Scotia HST 15%
New Brunswick HST 15%
Newfoundland & Labrador HST 15%
Prince Edward Island HST 15%
Northwest Territories / Nunavut / Yukon GST only 5%

Duties and taxes are calculated on the combined total of product price, shipping, and insurance. Orders delivered via Canada Post valued at CA$ 20 or less are generally exempt from duties and taxes. When duties or taxes do apply, Canada Post charges a handling fee of CA$9.95 per dutiable item (subject to change) for collecting them on your behalf. These charges can be paid online in advance (via Canada Post tracking or the Canada Post app) or upon delivery. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Returns and Cancellation

If a package is uncollected and returned to us or disposed of by the postal service (typically after a 15-calendar-day holding period in Canada), a refund will not be issued unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, extended absence, or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for the following costs:

  • Actual round-trip shipping costs
  • Refund processing fees
  • A return handling fee of US$ 10

Please ensure timely collection of your package to avoid any inconvenience.
