Delivery Policy (Canada）

All orders are shipped from France via airmail. Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch the package within 3–5 business days. However, please note that if your order is placed around weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or French public holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time from the shipping date is usually between 7 to 10 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the season, with possible delays during peak periods such as the Christmas season.

We kindly ask you to monitor your mailbox and local delivery updates. If you do not receive your package within 7–10 days after receiving the shipping notification, we recommend checking for any missed delivery notices or contacting your local post office.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for an exchange and provide instructions via email. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items selected. You can save on shipping costs when purchasing multiple items together. The shipping cost will be shown on the order confirmation screen before payment.

GST and Import Duties

Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) may apply to imported goods, depending on your province and the total value of your order. Most personal imports valued over CAD $20 may be subject to tax and/or duty. Delivery and Return or Disposal

If a customer fails to receive the package and it is returned to the sender or disposed of by the postal service due to the expiration of the holding period (typically 15 calendar days in Canada), we regret that no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws. Please ensure timely collection of your package to avoid any inconvenience.
