Our services are available to users worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and Canada. All purchases are subject to the applicable laws and import regulations of the destination country.

By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a legal guardian. You may not use our products for illegal purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Any breach of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your services.
3. Products and Pricing
Products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and may vary depending on the market.
Product images and descriptions are for reference only. In the case of discrepancies, the actual product label takes precedence.
Please note that product availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase. In rare cases, an item may become out of stock before your order is processed. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
4. Shipping and Taxes
All products are shipped from France. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight and shown before checkout.
For international orders:
United States: Import duties and taxes may apply above USD $800. Note: Due to recent U.S. Customs regulatory changes, shipping from France to the United States is temporarily suspended. We will provide guidance as soon as service resumes.
Singapore: Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be charged by GST-registered overseas vendors at checkout on low-value goods, and is generally collected at import for shipments over SGD $400. Customs valuation typically includes CIF (Cost + Insurance + Freight).
Hong Kong: No import VAT/GST is imposed on personal-use goods. Most cosmetics are duty-free; restrictions apply to specific categories (e.g., alcohol, tobacco). Couriers may charge handling fees.
Canada: Depending on province and declared value, GST (and PST/HST) may apply; de minimis thresholds differ by shipping method. Customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and any brokerage fees.
South Korea: VAT (typically 10%) and import duties may apply to orders valued above KRW 150,000. Declared value generally includes CIF. Certain items may be subject to customs inspection.
Japan: Personal imports are exempt from customs duty and consumption tax when the taxable base is ≤ JPY ¥10,000. For personal-use imports, the taxable base is typically calculated as 60% of the CIF value (Cost + Insurance + Freight). In practice, shipments with a CIF value of around ¥16,666 or less are generally tax-exempt. Above this threshold, Japan’s consumption tax (currently 10%) and, where applicable, customs duty may apply. Some categories may be subject to inspection.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or handling charges as per their local regulations.
In the event of any discrepancy between this section and current law, the most recent regulations of the destination country’s customs authority will prevail.
5. Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or cancellations for standard reasons, as products are shipped directly from France and considered final sale.
