Return & Refund Policy

No Standard Returns

Due to international shipping directly from France, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept standard returns. Our products are intended for personal use, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the damage is limited to the outer box or packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by using our contact form or emailing info@cosmedeparis.com. We will review your request and respond via email with next steps.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at info@cosmedeparis.com.

Unclaimed Deliveries and Expired Holding Periods

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package within the carrier’s holding period, the item may either be returned to us or discarded by the shipping provider. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

In addition, if an order is canceled after shipment, or if the package is returned due to extended absence or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, refund processing fees, and a cancellation fee of US$10. The difference will be adjusted against your original payment, either as a partial refund or as an additional charge.

Legal Compliance

Our return and refund policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore. Where local laws provide additional rights, we will honor those rights accordingly.
