How to Use:
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and gently pat it onto your face and neck to allow the moisture to absorb.
If using a spray type, spray onto the skin and lightly pat with your palms.
The greatest thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It's the best scalp soothing product I've tried so far. But this product is impossibly hard to come by, and the downside of purchasing it via Cosme de Paris is perhaps the long delivery time.
