Overview

At Palais des Thés, we consider infusion to be an epicurean drink enriched with a wealth of flavors.

“Jardin” is a collection of gourmet infusions made from fruits, flowers, and plants. These healthful and delicious infusions, inspired by wonderful gardens, can be enjoyed hot or iced at any time of the day.

The Byzantine Garden is entirely caffeine-free, allowing for enjoyment both hot and iced.

How to Use

  • For hot infusion (1 cup): 8g, 50cc, 90°C for 4-5 minutes
  • For iced tea: 15g, 50cc, at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate
