Sébium H2O is a no-rinse cleansing water designed for sensitive, oily, and combination skin. It is formulated to gently remove makeup and impurities, making it ideal for those experiencing oily skin concerns.

How to Use:
Apply to dry skin using a cotton pad. Soak the pad with a sufficient amount and gently wipe away makeup and impurities. No rinsing is necessary. It can also be used as a toner for skin prone to oiliness.
